Chaojiu Technology Co., Ltd. has cultivated a deep appreciation for premium coffee over the years. Through the application of technology, we have successfully integrated precision technological techniques into the coffee roasting process, leading to the development of the SPR-1 Smart Premium Coffee Roaster. This achievement has resulted in the acquisition of an invention patent, making it the world’s first high-quality coffee roasting machine to feature digital display and control of the roast level.
The key to a great cup of coffee lies primarily in the quality of the coffee beans and the roasting process. With SPR-1, there’s no need for advanced operational skills. It defines roast levels with precision numerical indicators. SPR-1 utilizes advanced technology to provide flexible and precise roasting operations, breaking free from rigid time and temperature-based modes of operation. In addition to obtaining a roasting patent in the Republic of China (Taiwan) for the unique and innovative features of the SPR-1 coffee roaster, we have also applied for invention patent certifications in multiple other countries. Experienced roasters are well aware of the close relationship between moisture loss rate and the success of coffee roasting. It also determines the success or failure of a batch of coffee.
Moisture loss rate is a retroactive calculation result, and traditional roasting techniques cannot provide real-time information about the development of coffee beans during the roasting process. Roasters have had to wait until the end of the roasting process to calculate the moisture loss rate. However, the moisture loss rate is a direct indicator of the roast level at that moment
